Zanda Šadre has been steering Rimi Baltic’s corporate responsibility and communication strategies for nearly five years. She oversees the company’s compliance with the EU Green Deal and ICA Gruppen's sustainability goals, while leading a team of 13 in strategic and change communications. As a member of both the Rimi Corporate Responsibility Board and the Rimi Future Business Board, Zanda fosters sustainability innovations and open business strategies.

With a rich background in corporate communications from her time at Lattelecom and experience as a press secretary for the Latvian State Chancellery, she combines expertise in service design, strategic planning, and crisis management. Zanda holds a Master’s in International Relations from the Central European University and has furthered her education at Oxford’s ICA Senior Management Program.
