Tomás Sercovich is the CEO of Business in the Community Ireland, where he leads efforts to transform Irish businesses into forces for positive social and environmental change. With over 15 years of experience in corporate responsibility and sustainability, he has advised companies on aligning business practices with climate and social goals.

Previously, Tomás held leadership roles at Foretica, driving international strategy and stakeholder relations. He has been a board member at CSR Europe and played a key role in developing Ireland’s first corporate responsibility certification. A graduate of the Università di Bologna and Universidad de Belgrano, Tomás is passionate about leveraging business as a tool for meaningful impact.
