Teresė Škutaitė heads the GreenTech Hub at Innovation Agency Lithuania, where she fosters green technology initiatives and bridges the gap between industry and policymakers. With a background in macroeconomic analysis and policy development, she prepares data-driven proposals to improve Lithuania’s business regulatory framework.

Her previous roles include Advisor to an MP at the Seimas of Lithuania, where she led legislative proposals and stakeholder negotiations, and Procurement Manager at FL Technics. Teresė holds a Master’s in Politics and Media from Vilnius University and a Bachelor’s in Economics and Politics from ISM University, leveraging her analytical expertise to advance sustainable business practices.
