Tadas Kavaliauskas is the Chief Sustainability Officer at ILTE Lietuva, where he leads sustainability strategies that transform the plastics and manufacturing industries. With extensive experience from his previous roles as Head of Technological Department at Plasta and Head of Sustainability at mano.bank, Tadas has successfully driven technological advancements and environmental impact reduction.

He also serves as a Board Member at the Sustainable Business Association of Lithuania (LAVA) and is committed to advancing sustainable practices across sectors. Tadas holds a Master’s degree in Sustainable Management and Production and has a background in military leadership, demonstrating a unique combination of strategic thinking and environmental stewardship.
