Laima Balčiūnė is the Director of Sunrise Tech Park and a key figure in fostering cleantech and innovation ecosystems across Lithuania. As the founder of Cleantech Cluster Lithuania and a driving force behind initiatives like Sunrise Valley Digital Innovation Hub, she connects businesses, academia, and the public sector to accelerate sustainable solutions.

With a PhD in Informatics Engineering and over a decade of experience in innovation management, Laima has held advisory roles at the Ministry of Economy and Innovation and Vilnius University Business School. She actively supports startup and climate initiatives, organizing programs like ClimateLaunchpad and mentoring future entrepreneurs through Futurepreneurs.
