Katrin Jõgi is a Sustainability Manager at Fibenol, where she scales up the use of biomaterials derived from forestry residues. With a PhD in Agricultural and Food Products Processing from the Estonian University of Life Sciences, Katrin specializes in developing sustainable solutions for the materials industry.

Her previous roles include Chief Specialist at the Agriculture and Food Board, representing Estonia in European networks for food contact materials, and Quality Manager at McAirlaid’s, where she managed quality systems under multiple international standards. Katrin’s research on bioplastic production from food processing by-products underlines her commitment to environmental innovation.
