Kädi Ristkok is the Chief Executive Officer of Cleantech Estonia and Cleantech for Baltics, where she drives initiatives to advance sustainable innovation and the green transition. With a rich background in climate policy as the former Director of the Climate Policy Department at the Ministry of Environment of Estonia, Kädi brings a deep understanding of environmental regulations and strategic frameworks.

Her international experience includes roles in strategy consulting at ENEA Consulting and BearingPoint, as well as co-founding Printemps Écologique in France. A graduate of Sciences Po and HEC Paris, Kädi combines her expertise in emerging economies and strategic development to champion impactful cleantech investments and environmental advancements.
