Indrė Beinoravičienė is a Sustainability Manager at IKI, where she leads initiatives to make retail operations more sustainable. With prior experience at Deloitte and Lietuvos paštas, she has developed and implemented sustainability strategies, overseen ESG reporting, and engaged stakeholders to foster a culture of responsibility.

As a board member of the Sustainable Business Association of Lithuania (LAVA), Indrė advocates for sustainable business practices nationwide. She has managed various innovation and startup support projects at CIVITTA and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from ISM University. Her expertise lies in guiding organizations through complex sustainability challenges with a practical and strategic approach.
