Ilze Zumente is the Chief of Staff at The Customization Group, where she leads M&A, finance, and ESG initiatives for a global e-commerce leader. Her expertise in financial advisory and corporate strategy was honed during her time at KPMG, where she managed complex M&A projects and financial modeling for high-stakes transactions.

An academic at heart, Ilze also lectures in finance at Riga Technical University and Wroclaw University of Economics and Business. Her research and teaching focus on investments, corporate finance, and ESG, aligning with her mission to foster financial literacy and responsible business practices.
