As a member and former Chairman of the Board at the Latvian Association of Broadcasters, Filips has played a pivotal role in shaping the media landscape in Latvia. He holds an MBA in Creative Industries from Banku Augstskola and brings a strategic and innovative approach to transforming media business models.
