Ernesta Maciulyte is a climate finance specialist with over five years of experience in sustainability consulting and strategic climate projects. As an Advisor at the Mitigation Action Facility (GIZ), she provides technical and strategic guidance on global climate change mitigation initiatives, focusing on renewables and energy efficiency.

Previously, Ernesta managed multi-million euro climate adaptation projects at Fraunhofer IAO, collaborating on innovative solutions for Nature-based Strategies and resource efficiency. She holds a Master’s in Bioeconomy from the University of Hohenheim and has a strong background in analyzing and implementing financial mechanisms for environmental projects.
