Erkki Kubber is the Co-Founder and Program Manager of Impact Day, the Baltics' largest sustainability festival, where he brings together change-makers and fresh ideas to inspire action for a better future. As a Board Member at Social Enterprise Estonia, he supports social enterprises by offering workshops, consultations, and a collaborative community.

With a passion for empowering youth and fostering social impact, Erkki has developed e-courses, workshops, and mentorship programs that have trained over 2,000 individuals. Holding a Master’s in Communication from the University of Tartu and a BA in Public Administration from Tallinn University of Technology, he blends strategic planning with a dedication to creating meaningful change.
