Duncan Barker is the Chief Technology Officer at Ignitis Group, overseeing technical excellence and innovation in renewable and thermal power generation. With over 15 years at Mott MacDonald, he expanded operations across East Asia, managing over 100 engineers and driving projects in solar PV, wind, biomass, and more.

Duncan has a PhD in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London and extensive experience delivering complex international projects. He has acted as project principal and senior reviewer for numerous energy initiatives, leveraging his expertise to shape sustainable power generation and environmental impact reduction.
