Previously, Annija led projects at ManaBalss, a Latvian digital democracy NGO, where she managed strategic initiatives and engaged in public affairs. Her career spans roles in consulting and innovation leadership at Helve, combining analytical skills with a commitment to environmental and social impact. Annija holds an MBA from Riga Business School and has experience in building partnerships for climate-focused technologies.
