This is it - Your Invitation to the Baltic Sustainability Awards.
Whether this is your first time hearing about the Baltic Sustainability Awards or you’ve already been following along, we’re excited to extend a special invitation to your company.
Over the past few days, we encountered some technical issues with our web platform, application forms, and ticketing system. We sincerely apologize to anyone affected. But rather than letting these obstacles slow us down, we’ve decided to turn the situation into an opportunity for you. We are personally inviting your company to apply for the Baltic Sustainability Awards and secure a seat at the Baltic Sustainability Forum.
We know it’s easy to look at your company and think, “There’s still so much to do.” You might feel like you’re not yet the perfect example of sustainability, and that there are many steps still to be taken. But here’s the thing: we are not assessing entire companies—we’re looking at specific projects and initiatives. This is your moment to showcase the things you’ve already done, invested in, or worked hard to make great and sustainable.
Think of the small but powerful actions—like switching to sustainable packaging, installing solar panels, or launching a waste reduction program. Or maybe you’ve embarked on more ambitious projects like reimagining your entire supply chain to be carbon neutral. Whatever the scale, your work matters; this is your chance to be recognized.
Now, you have 12 days to submit your initiative. Whether you walk away with a prestigious award or detailed feedback from our 80+ expert jury members across the Baltics, you’ll gain valuable insights and recognition for the work you’ve done.
What We’re Offering:
Extended Application Deadline: We’ve extended the application submission period for the Baltic Sustainability Awards until October 17. This gives you 12 extra days to apply and showcase the initiative you’re most proud of. We assess specific actions, not entire companies, so whether your initiative is big or small, it has a chance to shine.
Extended Early Bird Passes: To ensure you don’t miss out, we’ve also extended the availability of early bird passes for the Baltic Sustainability Forum until October 14. After this, we’ll be moving to a waitlist. Now is the time to secure your pass and be part of the sustainability conversation happening on November 27th in Riga.
How You Can Get Involved:
Apply by October 17: The extended deadline gives you more time to submit your sustainability project. Don’t let this opportunity pass you by.
Grab Your Early Bird Pass by October 14: Don’t wait until the last minute—secure your seat at the forum before it sells out and moves to the waitlist.
And if, after all this, you feel that you don’t have an initiative to submit, there’s still a way to be involved—as a partner. We have a few categories remaining that need patron organizations to support and highlight industry leadership in sustainability. Becoming a patron isn’t just about supporting—it’s about aligning your brand with the future of sustainability.
If you’re interested in learning more, request our sponsorship deck to see how your organization can gain tangible ROI while joining a network of companies that are driving real change across the Baltics.
We’ve given you the time and the opportunity. Now it’s your turn to act. Apply. Show up. Be part of the change. This is your moment.
